Shipping and Returns Policy.
Our shipping policy is to be as timely and cost-effective as possible. We primarily ship via the Royal Mail and DPD and offer both first-class and priority to our customers at check-out time. If you would prefer another shipper please contact our office and we will be happy to accommodate you.
There are some occasions when we can upgrade shipping from first-class to priority for the same or less cost. In this event we will choose priority, because there is no difference in cost and it has proven to be faster.
In situation where a large amount of items is requested we can also send the items via pallet. Price will be provided to the customer after the purchase.
Returns can be handled through the website, by email, or by telephone. All returns must be made within 14 days of your purchase.
Damage and breakage. We have been shipping our products around the world for over 16 years. We have learned a great deal about how to ship fragile and breakable items. No system, however, is perfect. If your order arrives in anything but perfect condition, please contact us as quickly as possible so that we can have it returned to us and work with you toward to best possible resolution.
